If you have any symptoms or have  have been outside the country or had direct contact with anyone confirmed positive with COVID-19 in the last 14 days then you must call 811 to book with AHS.

If you are Asymptomatic then choose one of the following tests to book.

Asymptomatic PCR Testing:  

​

This is a throat swab.  We send the specimen to a private lab.  The result takes 24 hours.  The cost is $160+GST for next day results or $320 for expedited results which provides results the same day by midnight.  

 

Asymptomatic Rapid Antigen Testing: 

This is a nasal swab.  This test will tell you in 15 minutes if you may have the virus right now.  This test will come with a certificate of results signed by the pharmacist on duty.  The cost is $50+GST.

Asymptomatic Antibody Testing [ON HOLD]:  

Due to supply and resource allocation we have had to PAUSE ANTIBODY Testing until further notice.

This is a finger poke to analyze a drop of blood.  This test detects if you have antibodies to COVID-19 and thus can tell you if you have been infected or vaccinated in the past.  The cost is $50+GST.

 

Availability of appointment time slots is based on the availability of professional staff and clinic rooms.
